Lyn Slade has been needle felting for 15 years and is an author and teacher in the New England area. In early spring of this year, Lyn was the artist in residence at Acadia National Park where she developed a new process combining pastel with needle felting. The pieces in this exhibit are a result of the overwhelming beauty and inspiration of Acadia.
